Dr Bob Marshall has worked as a Radiologist in a career spanning 22 years. He has sub-specialty interests in Paediatric Radiology, Vascular and Interventional Radiology and Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI). In addition to his clinical roles, Bob has been active in the College of Radiologists, Department of Health, RANZCR, Paediatric Reference Group and the University of NSW in a lecturing capacity.
Dr Marshall started his career in the public sector at the Royal Hobart Hospital before moving to private practice on the Mid-North Coast in 1995. In both public and private settings, Dr Marshall has risen to senior management positions, having served as Director of Radiology at Royal Hobart Hospital and managing Radiologist at Port Macquarie Base Hospital and Clinical Coordinator Mid North Coast Radiology.
Dr Bob Marshall is the Clinical Director of Port Macquarie X-Ray. In joining Port Macquarie X-Ray, Dr Marshall wished to work in an environment where he could influence both the standard of radiology practised and play a direct role in any decision making that effected his ability to provide a quality service.
The aim of the Port Macquarie X-Ray practice is to be part of the Clinical Team at the Urology Centre in Port Macquarie rather than just a reporting service. In this way, we can work together to provide the highest level of clinical care possible.
